Frequently asked questions

Is the price really the same whatever I choose?

Yes. Everything in the builder is included at the one price. Pick the entry-level toilet or the wall-hung one with a concealed cistern and the bundle costs the same either way. The only thing that moves the total is an add-on like a mirror cabinet, which is priced on its own and shown as a separate line.

How does the bundle show up in my cart?

As one line, Bathroom Bundle, with your chosen fixtures listed underneath it. Those selections carry through to checkout and onto the order confirmation and the packing slip, so the people packing it know exactly what to send.

Why do some items appear lower down with a note?

Because they may not physically suit what you have already picked: a top that is the wrong width for your vanity, or a basin with a different mounting type. We do not hide them. They sit below a divider so you can still pick one on purpose if you know it works for your setup.

What if I already have a vanity, or my carpenter is building one?

Choose the third option, basin only, no vanity. You will get console, wall-hung and semi-recessed basins, which are the ones that suit custom carpentry or a bare wall. The vanity and top boxes drop out of the bundle.

Do I get the same warranty as buying items individually?

Yes. Nothing changes because it came in a bundle. Each fixture keeps its own local warranty and its own PUB or WELS certification, exactly as shown on its product page.

Can I order now and take delivery later?

Yes. Your bundle price is locked for up to 24 months while we hold the items, so you can buy at today's price and take delivery when your contractor is ready for them.

Can I change something after I have added the bundle to my cart?

Yes. Remove the bundle line from your cart and build it again. Nothing is charged until you check out.

Is installation included?

No, installation is arranged separately. We work with a partnered licensed plumber who is available on request, and one visit can cover the whole bundle rather than going fixture by fixture. Message us on WhatsApp if you want to talk through what your bathroom needs.
